Always close the valve or shut off the water supply after using the shattaf
Use a mild soap solution and soft cloth to clean the exterior of the shattaf.
Ensure no soap or debris is left in the nozzle or hose.
Ensure the water supply is clean and free of debris that could clog the nozzle.
Don’ts
Do not use bleach, acid, or abrasive cleaners as they can corrode the material.
Don’t force the handle or press excessively hard, which could break the mechanism.
Returns T&C
Customers have 7 days to return the item IF it’s still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.
Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.
